For our collaboration with Monarch Money, we built a relatable, story-driven campaign around a personal goal: saving for our dream trip to Japan. The concept was designed to speak directly to couples and young professionals looking for a more intentional, collaborative way to manage their finances.
We leaned into the emotional side of financial planning, showing that budgeting isn’t just about spreadsheets, but about shared dreams, travel goals, and feeling empowered together.
The campaign included:
- A 45-second UGC-style Reel following our real-life journey of setting a Japan travel goal in Monarch, tracking progress, and celebrating milestones along the way
- Raw, aesthetic footage of us planning and discussing priorities as a couple—shot in a cozy, realistic home setting to feel relatable and down-to-earth
- A voiceover that combined transparency with aspiration, emphasizing ease of use, collaboration features, and the joy of watching your dream come closer, one savings goal at a time
- Strategic captions and hooks tailored to couples and travel-savvy audiences on Instagram and TikTok
